SCAN entire or selected range of IP addresses - previous scans can be loaded automatically
ADD data manually if required such as printers not connected to the network
CUSTOMISE columns to include information that isn't collected in the scan - e.g. building, floor department or whether the printer is under contract.
SCHEDULE scans to take place automatically and have the results emailed or sent to an FTP server.
AUDIT information on the printing environment is collected including fields such as manufacturer, model, total pages printed, total mono & colour pages printed, % toner remaining and many more
SEARCH functionality allows filters to be applied, e.g. only display a certain manufacturers devices, or only show printers that are not under contract etc…
USAGE statistics can be displayed as an average for daily / monthly / yearly time periods - only a single scan is required.
