Security
YSoft YSoft SafeQ terminals extend the functionality of your print environment, enabling you to control access, set permissions for the use of specific device features and monitor all operations. Terminal Professional – includes a full-color touch screen that enables users to manage their print jobs directly from the terminal without needing to use the MFP’s interface. Users can manage print jobs, set up and work with favorite jobs and select billing codes for their prints/copies/scans.
Terminal Embedded – software-based terminal integrated directly into MFPs, offering the same features as with Terminal Professional together with MFP multitasking. This terminal utilizes the MFP‘s control panel and eliminates the need to mount hardware terminals. Terminal Embedded supports card readers, so users can authenticate with contactless cards.
Access Management
Access Management is based on a set of defined access rights for users and/or roles. Such rights define what privileges users have, based on their job role. For example, predefined rights can permit unlimited access to printers for senior management but to only permit users in the finance department to access devices in their own area.

Access Management also controls the rights to the YSoft SafeQ web interface. This helps you to protect sensitive information about your printing environment and offers access to authorized users only.

Detailed reports of your print environment usage

With YSoft SafeQ, you get a perfect overview of all printing costs, including valuable data from detailed reports about every print, copy and scan per device, employee and department. YSoft SafeQ provides detailed reports in table or graphical format that covers your entire enterprise – including branches – to help you manage printing costs.

Monitoring
YSoft SafeQ monitors and accounts for all print, copy and scan operations. In addition, YSoft SafeQ analyses every print operation and provides a wide variety of information about individual print jobs, such as the name of the job, a preview of the fi rst page, the date the job was printed and the number of pages or toner coverage. Print Queues
YSoft SafeQ print queues enable you to use advanced printing features such as secure print and Follow-me. YSoft SafeQ provides several types of queues:

Secured queue blocks all jobs until the user authenticates at a printer. With this type of queue, users can release their jobs at any printer in your company.
Share queue enables multiple users to release the same print job.
Job management
Job Management enables users to manage print jobs they send to YSoft SafeQ. Users can easily select jobs they want to print, browse jobs they’ve already printed and select the ones they want to reprint, or add frequently printed documents to their favorite jobs list. The Reprint and Favorite job options enable users to print jobs without having to send them again from a computer.

Rule-based printing
Rule-base printing is based is based on a set of rules that define conditions and resulting actions. YSoft SafeQ applies the rules to all incoming print jobs. If a job meets a rule’s conditions, actions are applied to the job accordingly. YSoft SafeQ Rule-based printing is managed via a Web based wizard that makes setting up and implementing new rules fast and easy.

Mobile printing
YSoft SafeQ Mobile Print brings freedom to the printing process, enabling users to print their jobs without the use of a computer, print driver, or connection to a local network. Users can send jobs from their smartphones; then release the jobs anytime on any available printer. How it works?
Every customer who wants to use PayPal integration must create its own PayPal merchant account. All funds used by users to purchase credit will be transferred there. YSoft SafeQ must be subsequently connected to this account with configuration file settings.

To recharge his credit account, your customer need

Login to the YSoft SafeQ web interface and navigate to the Web payments page.
Check his credit account balance here and also enter amount he want to recharge and start new PayPal transaction.
Note: Transaction is handled in popup window. Firstly user acknowledges a new payment and he is redirected to the PayPal page after that.
Customer must than use his PayPal account to log in and confirm payment.
If customer doesn’t have a PayPal account, he can enter his credit card information same way as in any other secured web payment gate.

After customer is redirected back to YSoft SafeQ where he must confirm payment for the last time. YSoft SafeQ will contact PayPal servers after that and actual funds are now transferred from user’s account to the customer’s PayPal account.

VIP shared queues offer to define if print job should go to private queue or to shared queue which is shared with team colleagues, secretary or interiors. With such functionality user doesn’t has to send jobs via email or usb sticks and can print it easily from his application.

How does it work?
User with defined rights for VIP shared queues can decide during a print where he wants to send a job (private or shared print queue). Also he is able to manage by them own who will have a rights to his shared queue. After he sends a job to private queue than he is only able to pick up job. If he sends a job to shared queue than also selected users are able to print job. Users can see the documents in print queue and after a job is printed just user which print it has it in printer jobs for reprint.

Y Soft SafeQ add new option to define accounting accuracy. Accounting accuracy option define amount decimal numbers behind a decimal point and level of rounding.

How does it work?
Y Soft SafeQ use two parameters for accounting accuracy. Decimal precision which define amount of decimal numbers displayed behind a decimal point (accounting can be more precisions). Second parameter is usage of redundant decimal points, this means that if is disabled than four dollars will be displayed as $4, otherwise as $4,00.
