Detailed reports of your print environment usage

With YSoft SafeQ, you get a perfect overview of all printing costs, including valuable data from detailed reports about every print, copy and scan per device, employee and department. YSoft SafeQ provides detailed reports in table or graphical format that covers your entire enterprise – including branches – to help you manage printing costs.

Monitoring
YSoft SafeQ monitors and accounts for all print, copy and scan operations. In addition, YSoft SafeQ analyses every print operation and provides a wide variety of information about individual print jobs, such as the name of the job, a preview of the fi rst page, the date the job was printed and the number of pages or toner coverage. YSoft SafeQ is able to monitor all types of devices and from all manufacturers.

Reporting
With YSoft SafeQ you can use a variety of reports to analyse costs by individual users, cost centres and/or projects. And thanks to an intuitive Web interface, users can easily view reports on their own computer and at any time. YSoft SafeQ centralised reporting enables the collection of information from across all of your organization’s branches and offices. YSoft SafeQ offers:

Customized reports – YSoft SafeQ enables you to easily create your own reports without the need for scripting and coding.
Green reports – reports that display the environmental impact of monitored print operations. YSoft SafeQ Green reports demonstrate the positive impact on the environment that results from savings in printing.
Multilevel billing codes
YSoft SafeQ enables you to create your own structure for projects and monitors output at each level of the project’s tree structure. You can also define access rights according to individual projects and then when users make a print or copy, they can easily select the assigned billing code and YSoft SafeQ accounts for the job accordingly. Multilevel billing codes enable to track print costs for current cases or projects for billing back to customers.
